Red Snapper

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs red snapper filet
3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp parsley
1/2 cup toasted almonds
4 slices lemon (garnish)
Instructions
- Dip fish in flour, set aside
- Heat oil on medium, then fry fish 3-5 minutes, turn once
- Remove and arrange on warm platter
- Melt butter, add lemon juice and pour over fish
- Garnish
- Season to taste
Shrimp Dip
Ingredients
8oz cream cheese
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
1 onion, minced
2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 cup whipped cream
Shrimp (cooked, chopped)
Instructions
- Combine cheese, onion, parlsey and worcestershire sauce in bowl
- Beat with electric mixer until thoroughly blended
- Fold in whipped cream and shrimp
- Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving
