Red Snapper

Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs red snapper filet

3 Tbsp flour

3 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp vegetable oil

2 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp parsley

1/2 cup toasted almonds

4 slices lemon (garnish)

Instructions

  • Dip fish in flour, set aside
  • Heat oil on medium, then fry fish 3-5 minutes, turn once
  • Remove and arrange on warm platter
  • Melt butter, add lemon juice and pour over fish
  • Garnish
  • Season to taste

Shrimp Dip

Ingredients

8oz cream cheese

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

1 onion, minced

2 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced

1 tsp worcestershire sauce

1 cup whipped cream

Shrimp (cooked, chopped)

Instructions

  • Combine cheese, onion, parlsey and worcestershire sauce in bowl
  • Beat with electric mixer until thoroughly blended
  • Fold in whipped cream and shrimp
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving
