Baked Beans - Marge Fischer

Ingredients
• 4 lbs beans (dry)
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup molasses
• 4 Tbsp dry mustard
• 1 onion (grated)
• 8 tsp salt
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 lb bacon
Instructions
• Add liquid to almost cover beans
• Bake for about 4 hours on medium heat
Cauliflower - Jane Jansen
Ingredients
• 1 head cauliflower
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1 Tbsp chopped onion
• cheese
Instructions
• Cook cauliflower until almost done
• Spread mixture of mayonnaise, mustard, and onion on cauliflower
• Sprinkle cheese on top
• Microwave 5 minutes

Hot German Potato Salad - Wisconsin Agriculturist
Ingredients
• 1 dozen potatoes
• 1/2 medium onion (chopped)
• salt to taste
• 1/2 lb bacon
• 3/4 cup vinegar
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 1 cup water
• 2 Tbsp flour
• 1 hard boiled egg
• parsley


Instructions
• Cook potatoes; do not allow to get mushy
• Peel & slice potatoes while still warm
• Add onion and salt to sliced potatoes
• Set potatoes in a warm place
• Cut bacon in small pieces; cook until crisp
• Remove from heat and drain all but 3 Tbsp of bacon grease
• Add mixture of vinegar, sugar, water, & flour to bacon
• Return bacon mixture to heat; cook until it thickens
• Add bacon-vinegar mixture to potatoes
• Sprinkle top with chopped egg and parsley
• Serve warm

Ingredients
• 4 quarts prepared tomatoes
• 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
• 1 cup celery (chopped)
• 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
• 1 Tbsp sugar
• 2 tsp salt
Instructions
• Cover and cook 10 minutes
• Process for 15 minutes
• 10 lbs pressure - pts
Sweet Potato Souffle
Ingredients
• 4 cups sweet potatoes (mashed)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 3 Tbsp butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1/3 cup butter (soft)
• 1 cup pecans (chopped)
Instructions
• Butter a cake pan
• [implied] Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt, 3 Tbsp butter, and vanilla together
• [implied] Pour batter into buttered cake pan
• [implied] Combine brown sugar, flour, 1/3 cup soft butter, and pecans
• [implied] Sprinkle pecan topping on top of batter
• Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes
